Background
I am a well-rounded, multidiscipline UX/XD designer with a broad understanding of research and design. My appreciation of design, cars, technology, and gadgets brought me to industrial design which eventually led me to visual design where I used Adobe Suite to design digital and print assets, and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Framer Studio, and Invision to create website and app mockups. I am confident that with my knowledge and background, I can find and tackle complex problems by using design thinking, industrial, graphic, and user experience design methodologies to reach or exceed business goals and demands while at the same time, deliver satisfying and intuitive experiences to users.
Design Process
My typical design process involves design thinking, UX/XD methodologies, analytical business strategies and technology forecasting to create unique, innovative experiences through products and services. UX/XD methodologies involves brainstorming to find and establish the main issue and gather necessary information to create a case study. It will be followed with intensive research to develop user personas where it will be used as a guide to create questionnaires and conduct surveys, usability testing, and interviews to find the users’ needs. With that information in hand, I can start designing the prototype which starts with ideations, and leads into low, mid, and high fidelity wireframes. The final iteration of the process is to create a user journey and experience map alongside a working prototype to demonstrate how the product and/or services will solve the main issue.
